Gathering around with friends always makes for a fun time. But playing an exciting party game on the occasion offers both fun and games to make it all the more great.
There are many options for what party games to choose, and it depends mainly on the crowd. The Fact or Crap board game is perfect for just having fun and not wanting to get too serious during a game. Plus it is simple to learn, fast to play, and hilarious to learn just what is Fact or Crap.
Players take turns reading Questions and having the other players answer, FACT or CRAP. Tokens are awarded (or taken away) for right and wrong answers. Player with most tokens wins once all are gone from a central pile, or the only remaining player with a token (because they’ve all been taken away) WINS.
Simple Party Game! And this allows for players to enjoy, relax, laugh, and wonder WTF- What the Fact is that! Sometimes Facts are more bizarre than make believe.
For instance: Fact or Crap?
*In the 1870’s, the Vanderbilt holiday home at Newport had four kinds of running water: hot, cold, salt, and fresh?
*the Mona Lisa has no eyebrows?
*a flock of goldfinches is known as a charm?
The above are all Fact! Did you get them right? Can you imagine having four kinds of running water in your home? WT- FACT?
So What is some CRAP? The next three examples are answers which are CRAP:
*A rabbit’s foot should always be carried in the right pocket?
(doesn’t matter which one- a rabbit’s foot is considered lucky carried in either the left or right)
*Joan of Arc was burned at the stake by the French in 1431?
(She was burned by the English)
*A males mosquito’s bite is 10 times stronger than a female’s?
(Male mosquito’s don’t bite; only females do.)
From just those few questions you can see how fun of a time playing the game can be. As a bonus, you could learn a lot too!
And one of the best things- it comes down to just ‘Fact or Crap’. Whether you actually know it or don’t know it, you can still give/guess an answer, and then learn if it is right or not.
The party game allows everyone to play and just have fun. And this is all that matters.
So play Fact or Crap at your next game night or gathering. Enjoy the laughs!
